When enrolled in the pakage your covered all the time all year round. Package includes,

  • 24 hour response to all maintenance issues 

  • assitance finding the right contractor with our preffered contractors

  • If you prefer we can handle any major repairs or projects for you, we set everything up so you only have to deal with one person

  • 5% discount on all re-occuring services. (mowing, snow removal, property checks, etc)

  • priority service, we will schedule you at the top of the list

Property Checks

When your not home we will be glad to stop by and make sure there's no problems. Property checks are offered weekly, biweekly, and monthly. The include, 

  • Check fuel level, propane, fuel oil, etc

  • Check house for plumbing leaks

  • Check house for any roof leaks asnd check exterior for clogged gutters and ice dams

  • Check heat system for proper temp and operation

  • Check any special requestd from home owner

Selecting the right contractor can be a challenge. You dont want to over pay and you also want to make sure you get professional quality work. We make that easy.
